  1. How long will it take to deliver my order?

Orders are shipped within 7 to 10 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned on the product page.  Made to order products are shipped within 12 working days.

Please note that we try to deliver your product within the shortest time possible. The above-mentioned days are the maximum days required to ship your product.

  1. Can I change the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

  1. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) service available?

We offer COD shipping all over India with a fixed Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charge of 100.

  1. What to do if money gets debited and order confirmation is not received?

Do not worry! Your money is safe. It would be either credited to us or back to you.

Please check your bank account for the next few minutes, if the deducted amount is not reversed, please email us at with your transaction details along with your name and email id that was used while attempting to place the order.

  1. How is the quality of your products?

We take a lot of pride in saying that we design our own products and manufacture them ourselves, hence we are able to give the best quality possible at the most affordable prices. All our products go through ‘Quality-Check’ before they are carefully packed for delivery to our customers.

We also record the process of packaging for any future references.

  1. Will I get the exact same product as seen on the website?

 Yes, we have a policy of "Get what you see". We try our best to capture the product in its original color and prints. However, due to factors like shot angle, background & lightings, the color may tend to vary by 10-12%. All of our products are hand handled. Hence minor variations in pieces with hand embroidery should be embraced.

 We are an online store only and sell only through our website We do not have any branches, sub stores, agents or physical stores.
