There goes in a lot of efforts behind the scenes for every order that we receive. Apart form the time and efforts, we also incur operational cost to make and deliver your order on time. Hence, we shall be really grateful if you are considerate of this.

However, if you still want to return the product, please follow below steps and we will assist you.
- Inform: Kindly write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please mention your order ID, product images and the reason behind returning the product.
- Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging intact. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund credit if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
- Refund: Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refunds policy.
Mode of Refund: Refund will be issued as LR CREDIT in the form of coupon code. The coupon code is a single time use only and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has no validity and can be used any time for your future purchases.
Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns.
The order is eligible for exchange in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the mentioned below terms & conditions are fulfilled). In case of the product being out of stock/unavailable with us, we have the provision of issuing a credit note for the amount. Value of Store Credit equals the amount of the (exchanged product minus the shipping cost, COD/Payment gateway commission) with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of the store credit.
If the product qualifies for size exchange, you may write to us at email@example.com specifically within 48 hours of receiving the parcel to request for the exchange.
Once receiving an acknowledgement from us, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pick-up facility. Charges of return shipping will be reimbursed to the customers. Kindly ensure that you take receipt of the acknowledgement from the courier-person regarding the Number of products you are dispatching with the signature and contact details. Label Ratan will not be liable for any lost shipment.
Furthermore, the request for size exchange will be catered to only once. Please make the decisions accordingly.
We recommend returning items by trackable mail because all items sent and are not received by us will be treated as non-returned. Please note that the parcels are your responsibility until they are returned.
This is highly unlikely to occur since every order that we pack goes through a multiple layer of checks. We also record the packaging process for future references. However, there might be chances of damage during transit. In case of a damaged or different product received, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours mentioning Order ID and product images. Upon confirmation we will be happy to provide you with exchange of the product or you may choose to get a refund in your Bank account.
Note: Please note that items which are made to order or are customised to your size are not eligible for returns & exchange. If you still have a query regarding that, you can reach us at email@example.com
In case of Cash on Delivery order, you can request cancellation strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. Please write to us with your Order ID at firstname.lastname@example.org for the cancellation. Cancellation directly on the website is not possible.
Please note that prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
